Why police not being prosecuted for not providing medical attention to wounded suscpect? JUST MAKES ME SICK!!?

Sorry, although most police have the lowest level of medical training they are not doctors or ems personel. There are other things that have to be done at that point that the general public doesn't ever know about unless they are a police officer. one that does come to mind is helping the inocent victims first instead of the one that caused the whole thing.
