I need help with sims building?

ok, its a little complex but i think the quickest, easiest approach would be start from the bottom of your building and work your way up. your airspace is always open but if you start high and try building low its going to be much more difficult. other than that your best chance is to just get in the game and experiment until you get the results your looking for.
