Help!Out of control?!?

My cat stole my ipod and every time I confront him about it, he just denies it, but i know he has it. Also every time I want to play my ps3 he's on it and won't let me use it even though I bought it and not him. I feel that he's a freeloader and all he does is mooching on me. I've asked him to get a job or to leave the house but he's too cute, he's a seal point siamese and I just can't do that to him. What do I do? I also suspect he's also getting into the alcohol cabinet and becomes beligerent when I confront him.
