It is a bit unhealthy, but I've done it before. I lost 10lbs in a week. Some people just loose weight easier than others. Also, it depends on when you weigh yourself. If you weigh yourself in the morning when you first wake up, your weight might be 2 or 3 lbs less than it actually is. Anyways, as long as you're having an healthy diet you should be alright.:) Congrats!
