Whether B.ED. Degree from Singhania University Jhunjunu state private University is recognised by UGC .?

Sin ghania University in Rajasthan is private University and approved by UGC. On 3.5.2010 NCTE issued Public Notice that any B.ED. not recognised by NCTE is not valid qualification for employement as a teacher. Please help me what is problem of NCTE if the University is UGC recognised and wghat will happen to those who have already completed B.ED. from Singhania University prior to Public Notice of NCTE dated 3.5.2010. It is sad that one govt. body UGC recognises the University like Singhania University and another body like NCTE derecognises courses conducted by the UGC recognised University. When I inquired about this at NCTE office on telephone the officer in NCTE office told me the B.ED. of Singhania University Jhunjunu is as good as Fake and disconnected phone.If the private recognised Universities are fake why the Govt. should not dismantle such universities . Otherwise the Govt. should abolish bodies like NCTE who issues Public notices without considering the UGC guidelines etc. Please help me and guide about B.ED. conducted by Singhania University Jhunjunu Rajasthan
