Did mobile portability from airtel to vodafone. Whenever i call on any number, it says call diverted bydefault?

m done with portability and now i am a vodafone user. Whenever i call on any number, it shows on screen " call diverted ", though it calls on desired number. I checked the settings of my phone, mobile divert option is deactivated. Is this default sign of portability that whenever we call, bydefault it shows "call diverted" ??
