What traits can a man possess that women find seductively irresistable?

What traits does a man have to possess or have that are seductively irresistable to women? I'm not talking all about looks here, I'm talking about character traits, beliefs, personality, attitude, etc. The best looks in the world don't and won't mean sh*t for a man or woman whose a complete nitwit. Can the average or slightly above average man possess these traits? Can any man??
