7 months pregnant and really bad calve cramps?

i an 7 months pregnant and get really bad cramps in my calves.sometimes i gets so bad that my calves swell up and i am in pain for days.what can i do to prevent this or even help with the pain? can i get a mage for my bad and feet too at a spa?
