World of warcraft can I heal 80 heroics in 70 epics from ZA?

Hi I just hit 80 and wanted to know if I could heal 80 heroics in my 70 epic ZA gear i didn't pick up blue healing Q rewards coz i wanted to stick ret but i have now had a change of heart. pls can you tell me. ty
