Why has the President turned a blind eye to the housing crisis with 10 million foreclosures underway?

Why did he bail out Wall Street crooks including that Chicago bank who hadn't even asked for any money that was blowing it with lavish parties in LA, yet doesn't give a sht about millions of families losing their homes due to an artificially inflated market by the same banks he bailed out and who are now seizing all the homes? I wrote to him several times about this, in gut wrenching detail wanting a compionate answer back and each time I get the same exact generic letter that's sent by some employee who doesn't give him my letter. To me the message he sends is "f-off bich deal with it."
