What do you feel whenever a large?

pension or bonus is awarded to reward failure, some bland statement is issued that the company "understands" and "have sympathy with" the shareholders' outrage? Do they really understand or are they just taking the micky out of us? Is this what the UK govt ,BT and GM are doing?
