What are some uniquely Irish things that you've been using to brighten up your day?

Sitting in front of a mive open fire, feet up, drinking a nice cuppa tea and having some chocolate....oh & in my pj's... lovely sunny here today but cold but better than the rain and wind ...some home cooking also ..:)
