ual ault and Alcohol: Preventing ?

Most people don't look at the biggest picture when comparing alcohol and cigarettes for your first question, smoking will kill you and others around you but no one thinks about dui. They trust their friends not to, but society does address alcoholics. Why is it overlooked now? It could just be me but I believe the big picture is drugs. Alcohol makes people feel better at that moment. If someone were to try and make someone stop drinking they would start smoking weed or do other drugs. We don't address alcohol because if we did people would die more because of the way negative effect of drugs.
