Need some help about pregnancy signs?

Hi, me and my boyfriend have been having a lot. He comes in me every time. And now like the last 3-4 days my feel heavier and sore on the sides and kind of under neath. I have been getting nauseous, just no puking. And now I am getting a metallic taste on the left side of my mouth. And I have been getting really tired the last week and a half. Could I be? I want to know where on your s does it hurt also...and how bad can it hurt...and what do yall all mean by they get "tender"? My boyfriend keeps telling me im pregnant, but i dont know if he is doing that to scare me. I had a negative test. How can you know? what other signs should i expect?
