LOL no he's not, it's just that at the moment he's sporting long hair and wearing those kind of clothes, so he looks like a girl. Even in the upcoming movie He's my pet, he looks the same. Watch You're beautiful, at first he's got this emo look but then changes his hair and looks more "masculine" lol. He even was in Beethoven virus where he had a buzz cut and it's there that he looked like a real man, and he wasn't this thin either.
