Can you ever win back respect from a guy you slept with too soon?

Depends on if the guy shares your attitude that somehow having is shameful or something that can only be done according to a rigid rule of conduct. I am not sure that is the healthiest way to look at showing your love or attraction to someone by sharing of oneself through physical contact, but then, there it is, many people look at from that viewpoint of yours.
