Blue screen of death?

My computer was doing fine all day, its less then a year old. I'm running windows vista SP1, and today about an hour ago the mouse and keyboard shutoff and stopped working. We checked if they were plugged in and they were, also when we restarted it we got thje blue screen of death, can anyone tell me what i can do to fix this?
